The discount only applies if an identifiable payment is made before July 17, 2024 (= accounting date in our bank). Payment terms 30 days from invoice date or no later than September 30, 2024 (whichever date occurred first). The registration is open to September 22, 2024
A pdf invoice will be sent to your email address or to the email address you provided for payment in your registration. If we need to handle your invoice in any other way with more administrative work for us, we will charge an ”extraordinary admin cost” of 50 € / hour (minimum 25 €).
Cancelation fee after 25th of August 2024 = 50%
Cancelation fee after 22th of September 2024 = 100%
