We advise everyone to book with free cancellation in case we can get a better offer from a hotel,
also good if something unexpected happens regarding our conference or your own plans.
Book a room quite early (with free cancellation), Utrecht is in great demand for hotel rooms.

If you want to include breakfast in your stay and are staying alone, don’t forget to change from 2 to 1 person (otherwise you will be charged breakfast for 2 people).
