NOTE: Hotel room is not included in the conference fee, you have to book hotel yourself.

The discount only applies if an identifiable payment has been received by us by July 31st
Registration is open until September 30
A PDF invoice will be sent to the billing address you provided during registration. Please include the purchase order number and other necessary markings on the invoice as required by your finance department.
Some hospitals require NAAE to manage a billing portal or other customized solution for handling invoices.
If we are unable to send a PDF invoice and have to spend a lot of time on what appears to be custom solutions for each specific hospital, we will have to charge an additional €25-50 for this depending on how much extra time it takes.
After 7th of September, the cancelation fee = 50%
After 21th September, no refund
Late payment interest = 2.0% per month started
Payment terms 30 days from invoice date.
In case of late registration, immediate transaction or cash payment is required.

A confirmation email will be sent IMMEDIATELY after your registration.
If you do not receive this email or do not get an invoice within a week, please contact us!
After your registration, you can change all data or cancel your registration via e-mail.
If we have not received your cancellation, you are responsible for the payment.
