GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION by NAAE
We only collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Above this we might collect your email adress from third party for the reason of send you an invitation to coming events and information about our organization.
We will use the information you given us to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request and performance of an event according to your wishes.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email to tell you about our current and coming events etc.
YOUR ACCESS TO AND CONTROL OVER INFORMATION
You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:
+See what data we have about you, if any.
+Change/correct any data we have about you.
+Have us delete any data we have about you.
+Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
We use esMaker and an excel sheet in Google Drive to keep your data. Only the members of NAAE conference group and people helping us with our events have access to your data. Your selections for a specific event will only be saved until next year’s event. We keep this information around one year for the reason something unclear would arise regarding the payment of an event. If you not fulfilled your payment for an event, we will save necessary information until you paid. Invoices and recepits are saved for a longer period according to the governments accounting directives.
Participant list with personal name, address and email will be available (in paper form) for participants only. The NAAE website will only list the participants’ city.
