NOTE: Hotel room is not included in the conference fee, you have to book hotel yourself.

The discount is only valid if an identifiable payment has been received by us before July 15
The registration is open to August 31
A pdf invoice will be sent to the billing address you enter during registration. Please add Purchase order number and other necessary marking of the invoice if this is required by your finance department. If the invoice is not paid within the specified time and this is due to us receiving incorrect billing information or something else that causes us more administrative work, we need to charge an ”extraordinary administrative fee”.
After 10th of August, the cancelation fee = 50%
After 24th of August, no refund
Late payment interest = Swedish repo + 24% per month started
Payment terms 15 days from invoice date, but no later than the conference starts.

A confirmation email will be sent IMMEDIATELY after your registration.
If you do not receive this email or do not get an invoice within a week, please contact us!
After your registration, you can change all data or cancel your registration via e-mail.
If we have not received your cancellation, you are responsible for the payment.
