If you do not wish to pay by bank transfer (IBAN), NAAE can offer an online payment option by credit card.
Please let us know and we will send you a payment link. Note that a 3% fee applies for credit card payments.
REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30
A PDF invoice will be sent to the billing address you provided during registration. Please include the purchase order number and other necessary markings on the invoice as required by your finance department.
Some hospitals require NAAE to manage a billing portal or other customized solution for handling invoices.
If we are unable to send a PDF invoice and have to spend a lot of time on what appears to be custom solutions for each specific hospital, we will have to charge an additional €25-50 for this depending on how much extra time it takes.
After 7th of September, the cancelation fee = 50%
After 21th September, no refund
Late payment interest = 2.0% per month started
Payment terms 30 days from invoice date.
For late registration, an immediate transaction is required,
or—as a last resort—a cash payment at the conference.
