NOTE: Hotel room is not included in the conference fee, you have to book hotel yourself.
For early registration by June 30, a 20% discount applies, provided that we have also received an identifiable payment by July 31.
Payment date:
Payment terms 30 days, but no later than September 30th.
During September, the payment period will therefore become shorter than 30 days. If your bank payments are not super fast by the end of September, the invoice should be paid by credit card online (see below).
Online payment by credit card:
We can offer online payment by credit card as an alternative to bank transfer with IBAN.
If you want to pay by credit card, ask for a payment link and we will send it to you.
REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30th
A PDF invoice will be sent to the billing address you provided during registration. Please include the purchase order number and other necessary markings on the invoice as required by your finance department.
Some hospitals require NAAE to manage a billing portal or other customized solution for handling invoices.
If we are unable to send a PDF invoice and have to spend a lot of time on what appears to be custom solutions for each specific hospital, we will have to charge an additional €25-50 for this depending on how much extra time it takes.
After 7th of September, the cancelation fee = 50%
After 21th September, no refund
Late payment interest = 2.0% per month started
For late registration, an immediate transaction is required, preferable by credit card online.
or—as a last resort—a cash payment at the conference.

An automatically generated confirmation email is sent IMMEDIATLY after each registration, confirming that we have received it. If you do not receive this email or do not get an invoice within a week, please contact us!
After registration, you can change your registration details or cancel your registration by sending us an email. If we have not received your cancellation—and you consequently have not received an email confirmation of the cancellation—you remain liable for payment.
