NOTE: Hotel room is not included in the conference fee, you have to book hotel yourself.
For early registration by May 31, a 20% discount is offered, provided that we have also received an identifiable payment by June 30.
The payment terms are 30 days, with a final deadline of August 31.
This means that the payment period during August will be shorter than 30 days. Unless your bank transfers are extremely fast at the end of August, the invoice should be paid online by credit card.
We can offer online payment by credit card as an alternative to a bank transfer via IBAN. However, there is a small administrative fee of 5% of the total amount to cover the creation of a payment link and related processing. Please, ask for a payment link, and we will send it to you.
REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL AUGUST 31th
A PDF invoice will be sent to the billing address you provided during registration. Please ensure that the purchase order number, as well as any other information required by your finance department, is included on your registration. If your company/hospital is unable to pay via IBAN, you must pay online using a credit card.
Some hospitals require NAAE to use a billing portal or another custom-tailored solution for invoice management. If we are unable to submit a PDF invoice—and you are unable to pay by credit card or cash—and this necessitates a significant amount of time spent using systems specifically adapted for an individual hospital, we will charge an additional fee of €50 for every half-hour (or part thereof) spent on this task.
After 31st of July, the cancellation fee = 50%
Late payment interest = 2.0% per month started
For late registration, immediate payment is required—preferably via credit card online.
As a last resort, in cash at the conference.
