NOTE: Hotel room is not included in the conference fee, you have to book hotel yourself.

The discount is only valid if an identifiable payment has been received by us before July 31
Registration is open until September 30
A PDF invoice will be sent to the billing address you provided during registration. Please include the purchase order number and any other necessary markings on the invoice if required by your finance department. If the invoice is not paid within the specified time and this is due to us receiving incorrect billing information or something else that causes us more administrative work, we will be required to charge an ”additional administrative fee”.
After 7th of September, the cancelation fee = 50%
After 21th September, no refund
Late payment interest = Swedish repo + 24% per month started
Payment terms 15 days from invoice date.
In case of late registration, immediate transaction or cash payment is required.

If you do not receive this email or do not get an invoice within a week, please contact us!
After your registration, you can change all data or cancel your registration via e-mail.
If we have not received your cancellation, you are responsible for the payment.
